Our supervisors are accountable for the safety of their crew and their subcontractors alike. Fall protection, edge protection, lifting plans and exclusion zones are set up before work starts and inspected daily.

Checked before the work starts, not after
Harnesses, lanyards, slings and lifting gear are colour-coded and inspected on a register. Operators and riggers carry third-party certification, and every crew is briefed on the day’s method before tools come out.
Induction and site orientation
No entry without client and LGC induction, PPE issue and emergency briefing.
Task-specific certification
Welders qualified to procedure; riggers, scaffolders and operators third-party certified.
Daily toolbox talks
Method, hazards and controls confirmed each morning in the crew’s own language.
